Before a refund is granted, please allow us to try to help resolve any issues you have opened a ticket on our Support. The response time is a maximum of 24 hours for our support team to respond to you about your requests. We do our best to respond quickly to your requests.

We understand that the warranty is triggered when:
Problems with the product (Didn’t work): The purchased item did not work with the functions described on its information page. That is it has flaws.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
You changed your mind about buying.
You purchased an item by mistake, and the product(s) were uploaded/downloaded by you.
The product was purchased by your employee or someone who had legal access.

Deadline for withdrawal of purchase:
Request made within 7 working days after receiving the product.
This procedure is only performed after contacting our relationship Center via ticket.
